We pride ourselves on providing you with the very best. Our Beef is USDA Prime. Only 3% of all beef in the United States is graded prime! We, then, wet age our beef to enhance the marbling and allow the finest taste of the meat to come through. We expertly trim each cut, to provide you with the highest quality meat available.
